As MSU strategically positions itself to prepare for its next comprehensive fundraising campaign, the Senior Director will work alongside the advancement team in assessing, planning, and executing development best practices. The Senior Director will work diligently to reach fundraising goals that meet the needs of the Athletic Department and the vision of the Vice President and Director of Intercollegiate Athletics. The Senior Director will fill in for the Executive Senior Associate Athletics Director of Development when needed and as directed. CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES In collaboration with colleagues from University Advancement and MSU Athletics, the Senior Director / Associate Athletics Director shall: Fundraising Plan and implement methods o
