The Student Counseling Center at the University of South Dakota has an immediate opening for a 12-month position of Coordinator of Athlete Mental Health, Substance Abuse Services, and Prevention Services. Under the direction and supervision of the Director, this position provides counseling to registered student athletes in both areas of mental health and substance abuse. This counselor will provide general counseling support for students experiencing psychosocial difficulties and academic issues as well as issues related to mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, eating disorders, and substance use.
