The overall purpose of this job is to make sure purchases are compliant with TTU, OVC, NCAA and department policies and guidelines. The position pays all invoices for operating purchases, and reconciles all ProCards supply purchases for State, Restricted, Foundation, and Golden Eagle Golf Club accounts. The position reconciles all of the operating accounts and processes contracts for outside workers and vendors. Processes bid documents in Eagle Buy for operating purchases and works closely with Purchasing and IT staff to complete necessary paperwork.
