Under the direct supervision and guidance of the Senior Associate Athletic Director of Student-Athlete Support Services, the Academic Advisor/Assistant Learning Specialist is dedicated to assisting student-athletes by providing academic support in accordance with NCAA, conference, and university requirements. This position will work closely with the Learning Specialist in assisting student-athletes to navigate their academic career at San Diego State University by providing general academic support to include advisement of institutional, conference, and NCAA requirements, major and course selection, campus resources, and individualized academic support as needed for designated student-athletes.
