Northern State University, a member of the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference, is seeking candidates for a Graduate Assistant position in swimming and diving. The Graduate Assistant will assist the head coach in all phases of the swimming program including, but not limited to, recruiting, organization and design of practice sessions, on-deck coaching, scheduling team travel and supervision of academic progress.
