Reporting to the Assistant AD for Leadership Giving, the Development Officer will assist with high-level giving or fundraising efforts of the Tiger Scholarship Fund for the University of Missouri’s Athletics Department. Day-to-day activities will include: Developing and implementing a comprehensive major gifts program to support Athletics at the University, including strategies for identifying, qualifying, cultivating, and soliciting major gift prospects. Preparing and presenting major gift proposals. Managing a portfolio of major gift prospects and donors; developing and maintaining relationships with these individuals to secure gifts in support of Athletics priorities.
