Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking an Accounting Assistant II for Athletics. The position will report to the Asst. AD for Finance within the Athletics Business Office. Among the key duties of this position are the following: The position will assist in general accounting and Procurement (P2P) functions including the vendor management, processing of purchase orders, invoices, facilitating credit card payments, and the like. Being the main point of contact for Facilities and Operations for the Athletics Business Office. The role will also assist with the management of Game Contracts, working with all necessary support groups to see the full process of contracts through to the end, while tracking and reconciling all payments made.
