Reporting to the Associate Director, Athletics Development, responsibilities will include: •Oversee all facets of event planning for the Athletics development office, including the BU Athletics Leaders Celebration, Alumni Weekend, Head of the Charles, Family Weekend, Beanpot & Friends of Hockey events, and all sport-specific alumni game/day activities and receptions around select home and away games (50%) •Manage various Athletics stewardship initiatives, including the endowed scholarship program, acknowledgment outreach, donor recognition, and more.
