The Iowa State University Athletics Department is accepting applications for a Cyclone Club Annual Giving Specialist (donor relations and giving specialist I). This position is integral to the donor relations team and is responsible for assisting with all operations of the annual giving program, including cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of current and prospective donors. Provides exceptional customer service, builds and maintains relationship with donors and potential donors, explains offerings, processes donations, and resolves issues. Works directly with donors on various benefit offerings and levels of the Cyclone Club. Manages donor benefit programs such as courtesy car program and parking. Initiates, manages, and reconciles data in Ticketmaster.
