The Camp Chen-A-Wanda Baseball Director position is the perfect role for any graduating ball player, grad assistant/assistant coach or former college athlete to build their coaching resume! The Baseball Director will take the reins of an entire baseball and softball program for over 500 campers ranging in age from 7-16-years old. You will be assisted by 3-4 Baseball Specialists in running 40-minute sessions for various groups each period of the day while also drafting teams and coordinating with our Athletic Directors to schedule tournaments, home run derbies, skills competitions and more!
