The Financial Aid Advisor II – Athletics, under general direction, serves as a subject matter expert for athletic scholarships, awarding and processing. Provides and promotes service excellence through courteous, informed, accessible and professional engagement. Counsels and corresponds with prospective, current and former students on matters pertaining to financial aid & scholarships while also providing students with accurate information regarding the application process, including federal, state, institutional funds and loan programs.
