Head Women's Lacrosse
Summary of Position: The head coach is responsible for planning and administration of a sport-specific program. The head coach provides vision, leadership and oversight for current student-athletes, prospective students-athletes, alumni, parents and supporters of the program.
Primary Responsibilities
Instruct student-athletes on physical health, team concepts, safety, and sport-specific skills on both an individual and team basis. Identify and recruit talented and qualified prospective student-athletes according to recruiting goal established by Athletic Director.
