Description Brewton-Parker College has an immediate opening for a Director of Cross-Country and Track and Field. The Director will be responsible for directing all aspects of the Cross-Country and Track and Field programs, which includes: scheduling, recruiting, assembling a coaching staff, coaching an event group, monitoring budgets, logistics of travel, compliance, and developing the entire student-athlete – spiritually, academically, and athletically. Applicants must first and foremost be committed to discipleship of their student-athletes. The successful applicant will also sign a “Lifestyle Standard Agreement”.
