Newberry College is seeking candidates for a graduate assistant position within the Athletics Communication Department. The successful applicant will serve a two-year assistantship, assisting in the day-to-day operations of the office which serves the athletic department's 26 teams. Newberry College is a member of the South Atlantic Conference and NCAA Division II. The successful candidate will serve as the primary contact for at least 4-6 sports each season throughout the year. Duties will include, but not be limited to, all preparations for sports, individual is responsible for creation of press releases, preparation of game day programs, statistical input, social media content, game-day operations for all sports and other duties as assigned.
