Overview The Athletics Operations Assistant will assist the Department of Athletics in supporting the day to day administration and guidance of Macalester's 21 varsity sports programs, club sports, intramural and recreational programs. This position provides exposure to a variety of areas within the department of athletics including: strategic planning; budget management; alumni engagement; fundraising; contest management; compliance; sport oversight; student-athlete welfare issues and initiatives; academics; diversity and inclusion initiatives; and staff oversight/management.
