To provide specialized psychological and performance enhancement services to student athletes. This individual will provide consultation and relevant training to coaches, athletic trainers and other athletic department staff. In addition, provide guidance and participation in AOD and ADHD services along with the coordination of referrals outside of our system. Responsible for setting employee goals, assessing performance, providing feedback, and making pay recommendations. This position will interact on a consistent basis with: Student athletes, parents, department personnel, physicians, faculty, deans, residence life staff, on/off counseling services, and other services when appropriate to provide quality care. This position typically will advise and counsel: Student athletes, sport C
