About our client
We are currently partnering with a global private equity firm which is looking to add an investment associate to its London office. The infrastructure team have a value-add strategy and invest in mid-market companies that own and develop socially required and sustainable infrastructure. What the job involves
Involvement in the full deal lifecycle
Responsible for assisting in the origination and execution of investment opportunities
Responsible for preparing dynamic financial models, investment committee presentations and assisting with due diligence
Play a key role in asset management of new investments in the value add infrastructure sector
Liaise on key business issues and prepare for board meetings, interact with management, and assist with quarterly client reporting
Who we are looking for
Experience working in a fund, investment bank or consultancy firm. Investing experience preferred
Top-ranked performer within your peer group
Strong judgement and critical thinking skills
Second European language (preferably Dutch, German, Spanish, Italian or French)
