Job Purpose: The Director will be responsible for managing daily club operations and sustaining a competitive and successful club program in Chicago suburbs. The candidate must be able to demonstrate leadership and communication skills at a high level, be highly motivated and passionate about the sport and teaching it to others. Duties and Responsibilities: Managing Day-to-Day Club Operations: Oversee the club program, manage & train coaching staff, communicate with Pipeline vendors, club athletes and families. Girls National Program: Create, organize, and lead all program practices. Assist athletes with the recruiting process. Travel to overnight events; limited to 3-4 overnight, National level events primarily in the midwest
