UMD Intercollegiate Athletics is seeking an Assistant Director of Ticket Sales and Operations. Bargaining unit consideration begins on 07/16/2024 and ends on 7/23/24. The posting is for a 100% time, continuous position The pay rate range for this position starts at $24.07/hr and depends on qualifications Work Schedule: 8:00a,-4:30pm. Note: During peak sports times the position will require flexibility and may require weekend and evening work Essential Responsibilities: Ticket office operational support - 30% Works collaboratively with the ticket manager on renewals, sales & reseating for season tickets and single game & group ticket sales Assist with ticket packing and secondary invoicing. Support of everyday ticketing, process comp tickets and provide customer service.
