POSITION SUMMARY The Assistant Director, Audit manages the team of compliance auditors and supports all audit processes and protocol implementation. This position is responsible for ensuring regular and random audits are conducted annually for all National Governing Bodies (NGB) and the USOPC.  PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:  - Manage, supervise, and track the performance of compliance auditors and conduct pre- and post-audit meetings, as necessary.  - Collaborate with Director to evaluate the audit team’s delivery of services, effectiveness, and efficiencies to ensure alignment and fulfillment of strategic plan.  - Lead development and refinement of internal/external audit standards, controls, protocols, and practices including Audit Manual.  - Partner with NGB En
