Our client is a leading Multinational Bank. This role will be a key member of the Singapore Digital Channels team and will be responsible for owning and and commercializing the WPB products.
Job Responsibilities:
Be responsible for the end-to-end sales and acquisition of WPB Products (Cards, Loan & Deposit products )
Establish and achieve best in class O2O (offline to online) sales management framework
Multi-channel E2E leads management and sales originations from manned channels including strategy, processes and enablers to drive the growth of assisted digital sales.
Own and optimize full digital sales funnel from paid marketing, owned channels, support partnership (including with aggregators) to drive digital leads, sales and fulfilment
Establish multi-product (deposits, cards, loans, retail wealth and insurance) digital sales framework
Implement product bundling and cross-selling strategies to maximize digital sales growth
Partner with Products, Propositions, Marketing to drive digital sales via Straight Through Processing (STP), digital marketing, creative messaging, digital campaigns, media optimization, website content management, SEO, A/B Testing, retargeting for complete digital channel optimization
Accountable to drive early activation including digital active, mobile active and cards activation
Review and recommend key metrics for mapping & monitoring sales effectiveness processes (including SLAs, volumes, CPA)
Responsible for the web pages change management and coordination with group content studio to deliver on content and page changes on a timely basis.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with min 5-10 years experience in digital sales, digital marketing from banking, financial service industry
Expertise in channel optimization across digital marketing, digital sales, managing funnel drop-offs for retargeting activities, full funnel management and conversion know-how.
Ability to map, identify and monitor enablers which improve digital sales, reduce drop-offs and drive overall sales efficiency
Ability to initiative and drive strategic direction, aligned with Products, Propositions, Marketing and other Functions
Familiar with use of Looker, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and other data capabilities.
Strong leadership / interpersonal skills and has the ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
