The Facilities Coordinator will assist with all aspects of the Retriever Activities Center (RAC) and assist in the operation of the Retrievers Athletics program.
Specific duties include:
Hiring, scheduling and supervising recreation student staff
Providing customer service to students, staff and community members
Recreation scheduling, planning and documenting work
Coordinating work with facilities and campus police in following safety code and procedures
Managing the entire RAC including but not limited to recreation courts, fitness studio, weight room, aquatics facility daily
Processing memberships
Updating the recreation website
Opening and closing the building based on varying schedules
Serving as scheduling coordinator for 25Live and as liaison to Office of Events and Conference Services
Assisting with locker rentals
Responsible for all facility equipment repair and maintenance
Requires a Bachelor's Degree and one year of experience in event coordination, facilities operations and management or related area.
