Position Summary Under the supervision of the Director of Athletics, the Associate Athletics Director for Sport Performance will be responsible for overseeing the complete physical development of all student-athletes at ENMU. This includes the supervision of the strength and conditioning staff, and collaboration with the athletic training staff, head coaches, and other relevant personnel to ensure that the student-athletes sport performance is at its peak.
