Objective:
Major objective is to increase sales in the assigned territory of Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Eastern Maryland, Delaware, and metro NY, through growing existing dealer/distributor relationships and creating new business opportunities. The expectation is to promote the Trimline brand by representing Trimline Windows in a professional manner, by providing excellent customer service and by supporting existing customers and building new relationships that will yield new business.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain high activity standards...continually identify and qualify new distribution prospects; develop and follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity and other sources.
Prepare sales presentations, and proposals.
Identify and resolve customer concerns and issues.
Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
Present new products and conduct regular product knowledge training sessions.
Provide post sale technical support/trouble shooting on service issues.
Provide dealer trade show support.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 3 – 5 years outside sales experience in building materials or closely related industry.
Fenestration experience a plus.
Energetic, self-motivated, quota driven and highly confident.
Strong presentation skills.
Experience with industry related computer quoting tools.
