Position Summary: The Assistant Athletic Director & Director, Sports Medicine, in collaboration with senior leadership and the team physician, oversees the daily operations of all athletic trainers employed by Tulane University. They will assist in the development and implementation of Athletic training policies and procedures, including emergency action plans, rehabilitation plans, sport coverage assignments, and administrative duty assignment. They will be responsible for the prevention of injuries to student-athletes in their assigned sports, as well as collaboration with athletic trainers in other sports programs.
