DUTIES: Responsible for the management of the new Athletic & Human Performance Air Dome athletic facility including: Discipleship Discipleship of 1 full time employee, and student employees to facilitate spiritual growth through their work in the athletics Engaging with, supporting, and encouraging discipleship within the athletic department Excellence Ensure the best facility operations in the Southwestern United States Continually look for opportunities to improve air dome operations, presenting those in an organized and prioritized fashion
