Under the direction of the Director of Football Nutrition, The Football Sports Dietitian is primarily responsible for the development and coordination of nutrition services for the Division I football student-athletes at the University of Oregon. The Football Sports Dietitian provides individual assessment and nutrition coaching, team education, planning and execution of fueling strategies, documentation, and reporting of student-athlete progress, and budgetary management for impact and efficiency.
