Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of Property Management, the qualified candidate will be responsible for managing and directing the day-to-day operations of select group of first-class retail and office properties (the “Properties”) consisting of approximately 1,500,000 square feet located in the greater southeast and central Florida markets. The successful candidate will be a hands-on manager with commercial property management, operations, and understanding of tenant coordination. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Management & Operations: Conducts daily inspection of the Properties including common areas, grounds and retail spaces for curb appeal, safety and overall condition.
