MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Earned Bachelor’s degree by application date;
• At least one year of special events, fundraising or closely related experience; 
• Demonstrated time management and organization skills;
• General knowledge and understanding of fundraising/development practices;
• Experience with donor relations and cultivations;
• Knowledge of fundraising softwares;
• Self directed and motivated; and
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Understanding of athletics in fundraising setting; and
• Experience overseeing hospitality/special events.
