POSITION:Assistant Athletic Director Application review begins immediately and will continue until the position is filled. SALARY:Salary $45,000 - $50,000, DOQ/E. Excellent benefit package. The Assistant Athletic Director is a strategic position that will serve as a senior member of the athletic administrative team. The incumbent will focus on athletic compliance and the planning and development of future athletic initiatives, and they will also serve as the college’s point-person for helping student-athletes understand and meet expectations for the NAIA and the Heart of America conference. This individual will work closely with the Associate Athletic Director to lead a comprehensive NAIA compliance program which includes, but is not limited to, managing advising service
