Scope of Job: To provide academic guidance to support graduation and academic success for student-athletes. Description of Duties •Assists Athletic Academic Support staff and the Deputy AD to provide quality academic support to at-risk cohort. •.Coordinates with Academic Advising Center and other Student Success staff as needed to best serve specific student needs •Supports student-athlete health and wellness, community engagement, leadership and professional development, and assist with Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC). •Participates in the recruitment, orientation, initial and continuing academic advising, pre-registration, and enrollment of student-athletes. •Conducts regularly scheduled academic meetings with at-risk student athletes
