Position Overview Howard University Women’s Basketball is seeking a passionate and driven Graduate Assistant (GA) to support the coaching staff in all facets of player development and team operations. This position is ideal for aspiring coaches who are looking to gain hands-on experience in a high-level Division I women’s basketball program. The GA will contribute to both on-court development and off-court program management. This role is designed as a coaching-intensive position, with daily involvement in practice planning, player instruction, film breakdown, scouting, and mentorship.
