Job Summary: This position plays a critical role in enhancing the game day experience and ensuring smooth ticketing operations for Argonaut fans. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Overseeing the execution of all game day promotions for UWF athletic events. Managing and operating the ticketing box office, including sales, reporting, and customer service. Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase attendance and fan engagement. Coordinating with athletic staff and coaches to ensure seamless event operations. Compensation for the position includes a tuition waiver and monthly wage in accordance with UWF graduate assistant policies.
