Essential Job Functions The Assistant Athletic Director provides leadership for the annual fund for UWGB athletics (Phoenix Fund) and is the primary liaison and coordinator for athletics special events. The Assistant AD builds relationships, solicits and secures gifts and pledges, and provides regular stewardship of donors and their gifts. The Assistant AD coordinates all applicable mailings and communication strategies for annual giving and donor relations for the athletics department. What You'll Do Oversee annual Phoenix Fund Drive and all relevant communication/materials. Responsible for all communication including letters, reports and follow-ups. Identify, qualify, cultivate, and solicit donors for gifts and sponsorships to phoenix athletics. In consultation with the Deputy A
