POSITION SUMMARY: Assists with the coaching and administrative duties of the NCAA Division I men’s tennis program. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 1. COACHING - The Graduate Assistant is responsible for assisting the head coach with the teaching of sport specific fundamentals and skills associated with their assigned sport which includes but is not limited to; observing and evaluating performance and demonstrating proper techniques, executing practice plans to improve student-athletes skill level. In addition, the Graduate Assistant is responsible for providing instruction to their student-athletes during practice and competition on certain game day situations.
