Queens University of Charlotte seeks a dynamic and entrepreneurial fundraising professional to serve as Assistant Director for Athletic Advancement. Reporting to the Associate Vice President for University Advancement, with a dotted line to the Director of Athletics, the Assistant Director for Athletics Advancement will be a front-line fundraiser responsible for cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding gifts in support of Queens University and its Royals Athletics Department. This role will contribute directly to shaping the strategies and direction of athletic fundraising at Queens, with a focus on building a sustainable, donor-driven revenue stream to support student-athlete success, academic achievement, and the continued growth of Queens’ NCAA Division I programs.
