To provide specialized psychological and performance enhancement services to student-athletes. This individual will provide consultation and relevant training to coaches, athletic trainers and other athletic department staff. In addition, provide guidance and participation in AOD and ADHD services along with the coordination of referrals outside of our system. Responsible for setting employee goals, assessing performance, providing feedback, and making pay recommendations.
