Associate AD for Compliance
Leads the education, interpretation, and enforcement of NCAA, Conference, and ACU compliance rules to ensure effective execution of all functions that support departmental operations and student-athlete success. BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee institutional compliance by managing eligibility, scholarships, recruiting, playing season documentation, and maintaining accurate student-athlete compliance records and data systems. Prepare and submit required reports to the NCAA, Conference, and institutional stakeholders to ensure transparency and adherence to regulations. Train new staff and coaches on compliance rules and procedures, and serve as a liaison between the Athletic Department and key campus partners to support effective administration. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
