The Assistant Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Development directs and manages a comprehensive life readiness program for student-athletes. This individual also maintains a liaison relationship with various University units to facilitate student progress at the University. Responsibilities & Duties · Assist the coaches with the academic requirements of their recruits. · Primary academic contact for Football, Baseball, and Volleyball. · Establishes, maintains and monitors the academic records in assigned sports. · Monitors class attendance and course performance of student-athletes in assigned sports. · Develops information on academic obligations, athletic eligibility and personal problems of the student-athletes in order to assist them in maintain appropriate academic progress
