Description Assist the Ticketing Coordinator with all aspects of ticketing operations, with the opportunity to gain experience in other areas of athletics such as facilities, sponsorship, & development Examples of Duties Assist with the hiring, scheduling, and training of event gameday staff Assist with facility and equipment set-up prior to home athletic events Act as a supervisor during athletic events and assisting with any ticketing or customer service issues Help manage online ticketing software Assist with renewal of season tickets Provide excellent customer service to fans and other stakeholders Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends Typical Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree Required Currently admitted to a UCM graduate degre
