The University of Missouri Athletics Department is seeking a competitive and driven individual to join their Ticket Sales & Operations team. Reporting directly to the Associate AD of Ticket Operations & Sales, the Director of Ticket Operations will be responsible for helping lead the day-to-day activities of the Ticket Operations department and for their assigned sports and duties. Key Responsibilities include: Oversight of ticketing operations for athletic events, including development and implementation of policy and procedures relating to customer service, sales strategy and ticket distribution; Primary ticket oversight of Softball and secondary ticket oversight of Football and Men’s Basketball; Primary liaison to Ticket Sales & Service team; Directing an
