Under the supervision of the Director of Athletics, the Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance and Administration is responsible for supervising all areas of Colorado Mesa University’s comprehensive NCAA Division II compliance program. This position will supervise two full-time employees and interns which includes sport supervision and all compliance processes, including rules education, monitoring, financial aid, interpretations of NCAA Bylaws and roster management and all aspects of a comprehensive compliance program in alignment with the University, National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC), and other affiliate membership policies and regulations.
