Iona University, a NCAA Division I institution and member of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference, is seeking an External Operations Graduate Assistant to support several areas within Iona University Athletics External Affairs. This is a Graduate Assistant position reporting to the Senior Athletics Director for Development position. Duties & Responsibilities · Assist with marketing, ticketing, and promotional initiatives of Iona University Athletics · Support the Iona University box office with ticket operations and ticket sales · Assist in the development and enhancement of in-game promotions to drive attendance and maximize fan experience for all Iona teams · Create and design graphics for social media, web, video board, and print with the primary purpose
