The Assistant Director of Career Enhancement and Employer Relations works directly with the Assistant Athletic Director for Career Enhancement and Employer Relations to prepare student-athletes for their professional life after sport and to strengthen the Northwestern Athletics network. This position works extensively with student-athletes to assist with their career development and job search process through individual counseling, coaching, and mentoring, and will provide comprehensive search preparation for students based on their post-graduation goals. Additionally, this position directs and executes career-based events, workshops and industry-specific learning sessions. *Willingness and ability to work a non-traditional schedule including evenings, weekends and holida
