Athletics Business Operations Manager
Reporting to the Athletic Director, the Business Operations Manager oversees the Athletics budget and related business and reporting functions, maintains financial records, and serves as a resource for division staff.
The job duties are as follows:
-Assists in developing the master budget.
-Reviews and authorizes athletic expenditures and reimbursements.
-Maintains records and produces reports for the NCAA Audit and the Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA) report.
-Signs off on Bank of America credit card transactions.
-Helps coaches and athletic administrators understand and manage individual budgets.
-Reconciles Winthrop Foundation Athletics account revenues and expenses and updates coaches and staff on balances.
