Job Description The Associate Director of Compliance serves as a member of a compliance team that is committed to excellence and advancing the Department of Athletics through its strategic plan. The compliance team is comprised of staff members with compliance sport oversight as well as responsibility for various specialized compliance work functions. Athletic Compliance staff members must be able to act with integrity and discretion as they will be exposed to sensitive and confidential information. The position works in to interpret, implement, educate, and audit NCAA, Collegiate Sports Commission, Big Ten Conference, and The Ohio State University rules and regulations.
