The Athletics Strategic Operations Specialist (also known as Athletics Chief of Staff) provides high-level support to the Athletic Director, Deputy Athletic Director/Chief Operating Officer, and Deputy Athletics Director – Student-Athlete Advancement, Revenue Growth & Competitive Strategy. This position plays a key role in advancing ODU Athletics’ strategic priorities by coordinating projects, executing initiatives, and supporting operational excellence across the department.
