The Division I Softball Championship Subcommittee is requesting applications from interested individuals to serve as an Advisor to the NCAA Softball Umpire Program (SUP); one position is available. The advisor serves at the direction of the National Coordinator of Softball Umpires to improve the overall quality and consistency of umpiring throughout collegiate softball (including Divisions I, II and III). Additionally, the position will assist the national coordinator and the NCAA Division I Softball Championship Subvommittee and the Divisions II and III Softball Committees in the identification, training, selection and evaluation of umpires for each of the NCAA Softball Championships.
