Role Overview As part of the Team Ed Carpenter Racing Pit Crew, you’ll train with dedicated coaches, build strong teamwork skills, and support race-day performance at the highest level. You’ll travel to race events, help set up and maintain pit equipment, and perform fast, precise pit stops and adjustments to the racecar. This role requires learning series rules, staying race-ready, and representing Team ECR with professionalism on and off track. What You’ll Do Train as a team and attend all practice and workout sessions; organized by the Sports Performance and Pit Crew Coaches.
