DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Fulfill the mission, vision, and strategic plan of the Andrew College department of athletics as it pertains to the Women’s Flag Football program.
• Recruiting, budgeting, scheduling, promoting, training, and conditioning, skill instruction, student-athlete and staff development, academic support, compliance, and game plan preparation and strategy
• Fundraising, alumni relations, community engagement, and additional administrative duties
• Maintain high academic standards for student-athletes
• Interact with other Andrew College departments
• Develop healthy department and player relationships
• Strong disciplined skills and consistency with communication and structure required
• Good driving record with ability to drive Andrew College vans and recruiting vehicles
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director with the Football program

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree required, however, consideration will be given to those candidates with an equivalent combination of education, experience and training.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Previous head or assistant collegiate level coaching experience preferred.
• The successful candidate will have prior recruiting experience as well as experience with athletic fundraising, alumni relations and community engagement in addition to previous budgetary management experience.
• Candidates should have familiarity and working knowledge of NAIA rules and commitment to a strong compliance culture.
• The selected individual should possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills and a commitment to the academic and life skills development of student-athletes.
• Must be authorized for unrestricted employment in the United States indefinitely with no immigration sponsorship needed.
